cowbellz's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- my head is POUNDING
i went to see beck and the flaming lips last night at the bass concert hall. beck was amazing, all little and disheveled with an amazingly rich voice for such a small person. it was a pretty mellow show, a lot of acoustic stuff, but still, leave it to me to get injured. during the flaming lips set, i was scooting out of our row (AMAZING seats, thanks to michael) and passed this guy at the exact time he did an extreme head bob forward to the music. our heads CRASHED into each other. by the time i was out of the row, i had a golf ball sized knot on my forehead and a pounding headache. yimay keeps calling it a goose egg which freaks me out for some reason. i drank too much whiskey to kill the pain. i woke up this morning with a pounding headache. mostly from the goose egg, but i'm sure whiskey is also to blame. seriously, how do i keep doing this?? 12:16 pm - 13 november 2002 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
