sxsw
sxsw is in full effect.
i started drinking at 11:00 this morning with breakfast and didn't really stop until last call. it's been a LONG day.
SO MUCH ROCK.
started out early in the day seeing a list of bands at emos and then wandered around catching a few more here and there before dinner and an hour rest. then it was back to the rock.
the stills were the best show of the evening. also the last show. oh, and the loudest. my ears are ringing like crazy.
they were so good. the drummer pulled a phil collins and got up to sing the last song with a couple guys from broken social scene.
by the end of the day i was sticky and tired and so very happy.
megan, lana, and i said our goodbyes and made plans to meet back up tomorrow at 2pm for another rock filled day.
