cowbellz's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- props to my peeps. greetings from padre. the sun isn't really out but i've been having fun hanging out at the beach anyway. two questions for you. 1. so, last summer i had a couple of cds that became my "summer cds." you know the ones, the ones that you love to listen to with the windows down both on your way to swim at barton springs or at night driving downtown. they become like crack to you for at least four months and everytime you listen to them from then on, they give you warm fuzzy feelings and you remember all the summer fun you had. last summer it was rilo kiley's "execution of all things" and the go-gos greatest hits. any recommendations for this summer? jo and chris, i'm mainly looking in your direction but would LOVE to hear from everyone. 2. totally unrelated to number 1. where did the word "props" come from? my mother really wants to know and i was a little disappointed that i couldn't help her out. what word is it derived from? thank you for your help. also, jo, i totally went to mexico yesterday and thought of you. but this time i went armed with cash and bought some goods. jesse, check it, i bought a hammock for our new backyard. ahhh yeah. i'll be back in austin tomorrow, just in time for rain, i hear. great. 5:20 pm - 23 april 2004 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
