skee ball RULES
austin, i would like to sing your praises.
there really aren't many towns with a 24 hour bowling alley.
my friend aaron and i hung out tonight after we got off work. we both wait tables so it wasn't until around 11:30 until we met up. we decided on a whim to drive up north and go bowling.
just our luck, it was rock and bowl. or "extreme bowling" as they call it now. whatever, the lights were turned down and we bowled to 50 cent and j lo and justin timberlake. it was awesome.
we bowled two games, bought homies from the vending machines, (i got a married couple homie set. the groom has a pencil thin moustache and sunglasses on with his tux. he's amazing.) played some air hockey and helped out some strange girl who did a serious face plant on the floor right next to us.
i saw the girl start to go down and i knew something wasn't right. her friends were nowhere in sight and she went down HARD face first. she didn't move, she was unconscious for a minute. we turned her over and wiped the blood from the cut over her eye while the security guy found her friends.
it was really creepy. what is up with people passing out in public lately? apparently it's happening all over the place.
when we left she was bowling and everything. go figure.
also! we tried to play the dance dance revolution game. it's SO HARD. i ended up just jumping on the squares with no rhyme or reason and seeing what happened. it wasn't pretty.
i want to go to arcades all the time.
