cowbellz's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - it's been awhile since i've had any celebrity sightings at work so i guess we made up for them all in one night. monday night, all at the same time but at different tables, we had three celebrities. (not HUGE ones. but eric stoltz or salma hayek can't come in every day.) at first larry gatlin from the gatlin brothers was there. my friend brooks was FREAKING out and proceeded to sing "houston means that i'm one day closer to you" throughout the entire shift. larry gatlin told me i was a good american. i brought him his appetizer and he said, "well, thank you darlin'. aren't you a good american." ha. what a weird thing to say. but i sure did giggle like a little girl anyway. then a table over, patty griffith sat down. not AS exciting because she lives in town and she has come in before. but she's still pretty awesome. then at one of my tables was the perky redhead from that sitcom with andy dick where they all work in the big fancy office building but they're kind of the misfits of the office. i forget what it's called. she's apparently in town filming a new mike judge movie. sometimes i love my job. 12:41 pm - 09 june 2004 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
